FOR FURNITURES

A Homemoto customer service representative will call within 24 hours after you place your order. Once the order is verified with a signed contract and a 50% down payment via bank transfer or bank deposit, we will proceed to the production immediately. With this short amount of time, it may be difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request. Any unverified order will be deemed canceled.

Please make sure that your shipping/delivery address is correct upon placing your order and signing the contract. Customers will bear the logistic costs for incorrect addresses upon delivery. Customers must be responsible to provide a receiving authorization letter and the remaining 50% payment on an immediate family member, friend, or neighbor if they will be away from home prior or during the given delivery schedule, or inform the Homemoto customer service representative who assisted them for another mode of payment.

Production lead time takes 1 to 30 business days. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends. Item must be checked upon delivery for any damages or issues before the courier leaves the delivery location. Failure to do so, the customer is responsible for the courier’s fee should there be a need to return the item for repairs within the 3-month warranty agreement as stated on the contract. Homemoto will not be liable for the delays caused by unforeseen events. We are not liable for damages/late deliveries caused by the 3rd party courier. The 3rd party courier will handle the damages.

A Homemoto customer service representative will call or send an SMS confirmation within 24 hours after you place your order. Once the order is verified, we will prepare your order immediately. With this short amount of time, it may be difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request. Any unverified order will be deemed as cancelled.
